This Revolution Gear & Axle ring and pinion is built for the front Dana 44 / M210 in 2018-26 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT, plus 2021-26 Ford Bronco, in a 5.13 ratio. It is the front gear set on its own and is reverse rotation specific.

These newer Dana 44 gears use a 2-cut face hobbed cutting process, the same method the OE brands use, which produces lower noise and higher load carrying capacity than traditional face-milled gears. The set runs a 28-spline pinion and an 8.66 inch (210MM) ring gear in 8620 alloy steel with a 12-bolt cover pattern and a 3.07-and-up carrier break.

A 5.13 is a deep ratio chosen by owners running large tires who want to bring back acceleration, low-speed control and towing capability. Because the front and rear must be matched, plan on a corresponding rear ratio for the same vehicle.

This is a gear set only. Setup bearings, crush sleeve, shims and pinion seal are sold separately, and no axle shafts, carrier or locker are included. Pair it with a Revolution JL/JT front master install kit and have the gears set up professionally, since pinion depth, backlash and preload are critical on these reverse-rotation front gears.

Covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, this 2-cut front set is a strong upgrade for regearing a JL, JT or Bronco front axle to match a big-tire build.
