The Discovery Series rear axle kit is a 4340 chromoly shaft upgrade for 2018-26 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon and Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon and Mojave models with the rear Dana 44 (M220) and 32-spline axles. It swaps the factory shafts for stronger chromoly built for big tires and aggressive trail use.

The 32-spline shafts cover 5x5 and 5x5.5 bolt patterns and ship with bearings, wheel studs, seals and retainers already pressed on, ready to install. The kit is designed to work with the factory e-locker only, so it retains the OE Rubicon locking differential.

This kit is the answer for Rubicon and Mojave owners who have added tire size and want axle shafts that can take the abuse without snapping. It is also a direct fix if you have already broken or twisted a factory 32-spline shaft.

Fitment note: this kit does not fit Sport, Sport S, Overland or Max Tow models. It is an axle shaft kit only – no ring and pinion, carrier or locker is included, and it reuses your factory e-locker differential.

Discovery Series chromoly axles carry a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines, making this a strong long-term upgrade. Normal wear items such as bearings and seals are not covered.
