Revolution Gear & Axle Discovery Series Rear Axle Kit for Jeep (2018-26) Wrangler JL Non-Rubicon, Dana 44 (M220) (32-Spline, 4340 Chromoly)

This is the Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series 4340 chromoly rear axle shaft kit for 2018-26 Jeep Wrangler JL Non-Rubicon models with the rear Dana 44 (M220) and 32-spline axles. It is a strength upgrade over the factory non-Rubicon shafts.

The kit uses 4340 chromoly shafts and fits both 5x5 and 5x5.5 bolt patterns. It ships with bearings, wheel studs, seals and retainers already pressed together, so it arrives ready to install. Note that this rear kit does not fit the JT Gladiator.

It is aimed at JL owners who are adding larger tires, a locker, or both, and want axle shafts that can take the extra load without twisting splines or snapping under hard trail use.

Be clear on what this is: an axle shaft kit only. It does not include a ring and pinion, carrier or any gears. It works with the factory differential, and you would add a re-gear or locker separately. Installation is straightforward but should follow proper axle service procedures.

Backed by the Discovery Series 10 year warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, including bent axles and twisted splines, this is a strong, long-term upgrade for a built JL Non-Rubicon. Wear items such as bearings and seals are not covered.
