Revolution Gear & Axle Ring & Pinion Set for Jeep (2007-26) Wrangler JK & JL Non-Rubicon, Dana 30 Reverse Front Axle (4.56 Ratio)

This Revolution Gear & Axle front ring and pinion set fits the reverse-rotation Dana 30 front axle. It covers 2007–18 Jeep Wrangler JK and 2018–26 Wrangler JL non-Rubicon models and is a 4.56-ratio set meant to match a rear re-gear.

It uses a 26-spline pinion on the 7.2-inch Dana 30 ring gear with 10 x 3/8" ring gear bolts, and fits both 10-bolt and 12-bolt cover housings. Gears are cut from 8620 steel and heat treated to OE-level specs. At 4.56 the set installs on the 3.55/3.73 carrier, so confirm your carrier break first.

Non-Rubicon JK and JL owners running larger tires choose 4.56 to bring back acceleration and crawling torque. Front and rear ratios must match, so this front set is normally installed alongside a matching rear ring and pinion.

This is a gear set only. Bearings, an install kit and any locker are not included and are sold separately; add a Revolution Dana 30 master install kit for the Timken or Koyo bearings, crush sleeve, shims, seals and ring gear bolts.
