The Diamond T Torque Converter, GM (2022-25) 5.3/6.2L Gas 10L80 – GS10L8022 is built as a direct-fit upgrade for late-model 1500 trucks and full-size SUVs running the 10L80 10-speed automatic. Spec’d for 5.3L and 6.2L gasoline applications, it is designed to replace and improve on factory converters with OE numbers 24044619, 24046708, 24049843, and 2404678 when matched by VIN and application.

This converter features an 11-5/8" diameter and 6.190" overall height, a 41-spline input, and a 1.700" diameter, 0.989" long pilot for correct alignment in 10L80 units. The hub measures 2.758" OD and 1.463" length with 4 flats and an inner bushing to provide stable support over long service intervals. A plate riveted to the front cover with 6 lugs and M10 x 1.5 threads on an 11-1/2" bolt circle ensures proper flexplate engagement on modern GM 1500 and SUV platforms.
