•Carli SPEC 2.0 Shocks: Custom-tuned monotube shocks featuring 6063 aluminum construction, 5/8″ hardened chrome shafts, and premium 5WT oil for consistent damping in any temperature. Fully rebuildable and serviceable.
•Linear Rate Coil Springs: Engineered for the heavy diesel engine to provide 2.5″ of lift while maintaining a plush, controlled feel.
•Custom Rear Tuning: Includes custom-tuned rear shocks designed specifically to optimize the factory rear coil springs, maintaining full payload capacity.
Important Installation & Upgrade Notes
•Track Bar Recommendation: While not required for the base kit, an **Adjustable Track Bar** is highly recommended to re-center the front axle and improve steering feel.
•Alignment: Slight eccentric bolt compensation is recommended to correct caster. Some coil bow may occur but does not affect performance.
•System Limits: This 2.5″ system is a standalone solution and is **not upgradeable** to Carli 3″ suspension systems.
