It absolutely sucks that you make people pay for shipping on products that you sell. If I didn't need that product, I would not have ordered it from you.
Hey Gary, we appreciate your order, but it seems like the real issue here isn't us, it's just basic math. We actually do offer free shipping on orders over $100, so if your air filter had a friend (maybe some oil or pre-filter), the shipping would have been on us! But hey, we get it, sometimes you just need one thing. We hope that the filter works great for you!
