ATS Heavy Duty Torque Converter for Dodge (2013-22) AISIN AS69RC 6.7L Cummins

The ATS Heavy Duty Torque Converter is an ATS-built torque converter for 2013-current Ram 6.7L Cummins, designed to hold the torque of a modified diesel without slipping. A stronger converter is usually the first drivetrain upgrade a modified diesel needs, since the factory converter clutch is the first thing to slip under added power.

The torque converter couples the engine to the transmission and multiplies torque when pulling away from a stop. Its lockup clutch is usually the first part to slip once a diesel makes more power, and slip turns into heat that kills transmission fluid.
