The AVP Stainless EGR Branch Pipe Kit is a durable upgrade and direct-fit replacement for 2003–early 2004 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke trucks equipped with the round-style EGR cooler. This branch pipe connects the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold and up-pipe, maintaining proper EGR function while delivering improved durability over the factory part.

Built from high-grade stainless steel, the pipe is engineered with optimized tubing to maximize exhaust heat energy transfer to the turbocharger, enhancing turbo efficiency. Internally shielded stainless steel flex couplings keep the flexible section isolated from direct exhaust flow, preventing burnout and extending service life.
