The PSC SG752R Ported Steering Box for your 99-04 Ford F-250/350 4WD pickup is a replacement for the factory steering box, but has been modified and ported for use with a Cylinder Assist Steering Kit. Because the lines come capped, it will work in both the modified applications (with cylinder assist steering) and in the factory steering configurations (if lines are left capped). This makes it an excellent option for those that want to add or build their own Cylinder Assist Steering Kit in the future. 36 spline shaft
