I’m in the process of doing a full rebuild on my 2007 5.9 cummins and instead of using cummins quick serve i decided to try out something out like KT Performance. After placing my order they immediately called me, left a voice mail, and emailed because I was working and missed all three to tell my order would need to be broken up because an error occured with a manufacturer and they had to outsource reassuring me quality would still be the same and all the parts would arrive. The gentlemen that I spoke with was extremely pleasant and considerate to ask for a time frame for when I needed the delayed parts so a solution could be found if needed.With all the parts I have ordered from after market sites I have never found a person that takes interest in resolving your problem, gets back to you within one week, takes initiative to solve your problem without it costing you, ships your order for free within 24 hours while having a great price. I had my concerns buying from a place I didn’t know but they were all put ease and will buy all the remaining parts for my rebuild thanks to their great service.
