Once you place your order, we will send you an email with the shipping information. Be sure to include a note with a description of what is wrong with your PCM (why you are sending it in). Also include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation so we know who the PCM belongs to.

***Please allow us approximately 1-2 weeks once the PCM is received to troubleshoot the issue that the PCM may be having.

If nothing is found to be wrong with your PCM during testing, the charge is $150 and we will refund the difference back to you. Many people do this as a way to see if the PCM is bad or if they have another issue going on with the truck.
