Ford newest version of oil cooler for the 6.0 powerstroke. Thicker internal fins to minimize chance of cooler failure. This is a new Ford OEM (not re-manufactured) oil cooler service kit. The Oil Cooler Service Kit includes new Oil Cooler Screen and gaskets for easy installation.
Removal of the intake manifold is necessary to install a oil cooler. We supply you with a new set of intake manifold gaskets.
-Turbo Bolt / O-Ring Kit
New mounting bolts for re-installation of the turbo and pedestal. New spacer washers and line clip. New O-Rings for the oil return and pick up lines going to and from the turbo. Also included is a new paper gasket that fits in-between the turbo and turbo pedestal.
-AVP Turbo Oil Line Update Kit
This kit comes with the updated turbo oil feed line and drain line. This kit is a superior design over the OE because of the new style fitting tube and offers mandrel bent curves which eliminates the oil flow restriction. *****Please note that if your 6.0 engine was built on or before 03/18/03 and has engine serial number 52777 or lower, you will also need an Oil Filter Base Part Number 3C3Z-6881-CA *****

Better than Black Onyx and Factory Ford Gaskets, these are 5 layer MLS head gaskets with elastomer coating. Embossment shapes are designed to improve durability. Highlights include reduced bore distortion, reduced oil consumption, improved durability, constructed of (5) five stainless steel layers, utilizes patented integrated pushrod locators, and coated with a Victor Reinz proprietary fluoroelastomer (rubber) coating. 2003-05 6.0 motors use 18mm dowel pins. 2006-2007 use 20mm dowel pins.
AVP Heavy Duty Head Stud Kit. Your 6.0 came from the factory with head bolts were designed to stretch, but over time the bolts stretch past the designed length and allow the gaskets to leak. With AVP head studs there is no more stretch and therefor no longer issues with blown head gaskets.
We supply you a new set of Ford OEM exhaust gaskets. The gaskets are coated with a hi temp coating.
-Coolant Filtration System
The coolant filtration system for the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke filters a small amount of coolant with each pass. The spin on the filter makes it easy to change coolant as often as you need. Plus, the filters also remove all solid particles.
We include 2 4oz bottles of REV-X Oil Additive because every 6.0L needs it. If you have not used REV-X in your 6.0L before, you will be extremely happy with the results.

This kit is the best kit I found and not searching all over online to make sure you have all the parts for doing this major job. Got this kit for my 6.0 psd. A couple months back as I took my truck to the dealership to find out what the problem is with my truck,(no start on cold mornings/ Towing an empty 35 foot toy hauler over a summit and went 68 miles on a 1/2 tank of fuel usually an 1/16 of a tank) come to find out it was the FICM/EGR cooler /Oil cooler/ Blown Head Gasket. All in all they wanted to charge me a high amount of money ($7,000+) for this to be fix. So I started doing research online then TruckU had an episode that had this issue on a 6.0L PSD. So jump on to here and found this kit and bam had all the parts need for this job to get done no looking around and instructions with everything and make a quick job of it over all took about 2 days in a buddies shop and had the 6.0l back to running.

Iv been looking at getting this kit for a while now, well i went on vaction to galviston tx to go ride motocross with a friend the entire trip was well worth the drive for mn! Untill the drive home in between dallas and huston my truck started to over heat and before i knew it i had antifreeze blowing everwhere! We stop at a ford dealer ship to see how long it would take them and how much it would be for new headgaskets. They said it would be about 2 weeks and for $7000! So i got the idea to have them order the headgaskets and have them saturday morning so we stay and a small hotel and rip the heads out in a parking lot to put the new ones in! We had about a 3 mile walk to a store for some tools, clean everyting up and put it all back together and made it 1200 miles back home on headgaskets that were put on in a parking lot! So i got back home and ordered this kit and i am very impressed with how the instructions were everything was there to do the job right! I have never seen my 6.0 run this good before, must have had bad heads for a long time. Proud to say after putting this kit in my truck just made it alot more reliable that most of the 6.0 powerstrokes and now i have people asking me where i got this kit and probably will be doing mre trucks and cant wait to order some more from you guys Thanks!
