Kleinn Onboard Air System & Model 730 Demon Triple Train Horn Kit for Ram (2019-24) 1500 (Crew Cab)

This Kleinn onboard air system and Model 730 Demon train horn kit bolts onto the 2019-24 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Kleinn's install guide covers the 5'7" and 6'4" beds with the 3.6L eTorque V6, 5.7L HEMI (MDS and eTorque) and 3.0L V6 turbo diesel, in Tradesman, Tradesman HFE, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, Longhorn and Limited trims.

Kleinn's 6450RC waterproof compressor (100% duty cycle) does the work. The install guide describes it as a 150 PSI system, with a 2151 pressure switch that turns the compressor on at 110 PSI and off at 145 PSI. Air is stored in an inner-coated anti-corrosion steel tank and runs through a 1/2" Max-Flow line to the Model 730 Demon triple horn and its VX6003 solenoid. The kit also includes the INF-1 tire inflation kit (24' hose with quick connects, glow-in-the-dark gauge, clip-on chuck), a coupler relocation kit with 12' of airline, a canvas bag, plus the relay, wiring, loom, horn button, fittings and thread sealant.

Powder-coated steel brackets bolt to factory points under the truck, so nothing lives in the bed. That makes it a good match for a crew cab that tows, hunts or runs forest roads on the weekend: air down for the trail, refill before pavement, top off the camper tires at the campground.

Fits Crew Cab models only; Quad Cab trucks are not compatible. Not compatible with a winch mounted behind the bumper, factory power steps, or factory running boards that use three or more frame-rail mounts. Kleinn's install guide covers bracket placement and air line routing.

The Ultra BlastMaster valve upgrade kit bolts into 730 systems if you want more volume later. Coverage is a 1-year limited warranty, and Kleinn lists extended 2-year coverage on the compressor and horn.
