This is a PPE 3.0in OD Mandrel-Bent 304 Stainless Tube with a 90-degree bend on a 5.0in centerline radius, a universal fabrication piece for custom exhaust and plumbing.

The mandrel bend maintains a smooth, consistent bore through the bend rather than crimping, keeping flow up. It’s made from 16-gauge (0.060in) 304 stainless, which resists heat and corrosion for durable exhaust service.

Fabricators use sweeping 90-degree stainless bends like this to route exhaust and downpipe sections around the chassis. Cut it to fit and weld to your straights and flanges to complete the run.
