Description
This PPE mandrel bend is a 2.25" OD 304 stainless tube with a 180° bend on a 3.5" centerline radius, universal for custom exhaust fabrication.
It is 16-gauge (0.060") 304 stainless, so it resists corrosion and holds up to exhaust heat far better than mild steel. The mandrel bend keeps the full diameter through the turn to preserve flow.
A 180° U-bend is a versatile piece to keep on hand, since it can be cut into two shorter bends of nearly any angle. It suits fabricators building a custom 2.25" stainless exhaust.
The tube is meant to be cut and welded to length by a competent fabricator. Covered by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
