Description
This is a PPE 3.5in OD Mandrel-Bent Aluminum Tube with a 45-degree bend on a 5.5in centerline radius, a universal fabrication piece for large custom plumbing.
Being mandrel-bent, the tube maintains a smooth, consistent bore through the bend rather than crimping, which keeps flow up. The 12-gauge (0.080in) aluminum wall is strong yet light and welds cleanly.
Fabricators use gentle 45-degree bends like this to route large intake or charge-air piping. Cut and combine it with couplers and straight sections to complete a run.
