Description
This is a PPE aluminum mandrel bend tube in 2.75″ OD with a 180° bend and 4.5″ centerline radius. It is a universal U-bend for building intake and charge-air plumbing.
Mandrel bending keeps the tube from crushing or narrowing at the bend, so it holds its full 2.75″ diameter and keeps airflow smooth. The 12-gauge (0.080″) wall makes it durable and easy to fabricate with, and the 180° shape can be cut into two clean 90° sections to get two usable bends from one piece.
It is used to route 2.75″ pipe through tight direction changes in custom intake, intercooler, and induction plumbing.
Cut to the lengths and angles your run needs, then join to silicone couplers with properly sized clamps or weld into a fabricated pipe. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
