Description
This is a 45-degree mandrel-bent aluminum tube in 2.0" OD with a 3.0" centerline radius. Mandrel bending keeps the tube’s full diameter all the way through the bend instead of crushing it, so air flows without a restriction.
It’s made from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum, giving a light but rigid section for building charge-air or intake plumbing. It’s a universal fabrication piece.
Use it to route around obstacles in the engine bay while keeping flow clean. Trim to length and join it into a 2.0" run with silicone couplers and clamps, or weld it to adjoining aluminum sections.
It’s a standard building block for custom intake and boost tubing, and it’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
