PPE 180-Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend, 1.5" OD, 12-Gauge (Universal)

This is a PPE 180-degree aluminum mandrel bend, 1.5" OD with a 2.375" centerline radius, in 12-gauge (0.080") wall. It’s raw material for clean, smooth-flowing custom plumbing.

Mandrel bending keeps the tube at full diameter all the way through the curve, so there’s no crushed or restricted section like you get from cheap crush-bent tube. The 12-gauge aluminum is light yet strong, and the full 180-degree shape lets you route plumbing back on itself or cut it down into smaller bends.

Fitment is universal for 1.5" work, making it a fabrication staple for custom intake, charge-air, and breather routing. Builders keep mandrel bends on hand to make clean directional changes.
