Description
This PPE mandrel bend is a 1.5" OD aluminum tube with a 45° bend on a 2.375" centerline radius, universal for custom fabrication.
It is formed from 12-gauge (0.080") aluminum, so it is light but has enough wall thickness to weld and hold up. Because it is mandrel bent, the tube keeps its full diameter through the bend, so airflow stays clean rather than getting pinched.
It is a building block for fabricators piecing together a custom intake, intercooler, or breather run in the 1.5" size, letting them change direction with a smooth, factory-quality bend.
The tube is meant to be cut and welded to length by a competent fabricator. Covered by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
