This is the PPE 4.0" V-Band Kit, an 8-piece set with 2 standard clamps plus 3 male and 3 female 304 stainless flanges. It provides everything to build multiple V-band joints in the 4.0" size.

The standard clamps give a strong, secure clamp-up on large joints, and the 304 stainless flanges stand up to the heat and corrosion of a large exhaust or turbo system.

It is built for fabricators running large exhaust, downpipe, or charge-air plumbing who want clean V-band connections rather than bolted flanges, with enough flange pairs for several joints in one kit.
