PPE Quick-Release V-Band Set - 3.0", Stainless, 8-Piece (Universal)

This is a PPE quick-release V-band set in 3.0", supplied as an 8-piece stainless set – two clamps, three male flanges and three female flanges (2C 3M 3F). It gives a fabricator the hardware to build several 3.0" V-band joints from one kit.

The flanges and clamps are 304 stainless, so they handle exhaust-gas heat and resist corrosion. V-band joints give strong, sealed, self-aligning connections that come apart quickly, and the quick-release clamps make service even faster.

At 3.0", this is a popular size for downpipes, turbo plumbing and exhaust sections on diesel builds. The multi-piece count is handy when a project needs several disconnectable joints. The flanges weld to your tubing and the clamps draw them together.

This is a Special Order item, so plan for added lead time when ordering. Weld the flanges clean and square before clamping, and confirm each clamp seats fully around both flange faces.
