Description
This is a PPE quick-release V-band set in 1.5", supplied as a 3-piece set – one clamp, one male flange and one female flange (1C 1M 1F) – made from 304 stainless steel.
A V-band joint gives you a strong, sealed, self-aligning connection that comes apart quickly, and the quick-release clamp here makes disconnection even faster. Stainless construction handles the heat and corrosion of turbo and exhaust environments.
It’s a go-to for fabricating serviceable joints on intake, turbo, and exhaust plumbing where you want to be able to separate sections without fighting a bolted flange. The flanges weld to your tubing and the clamp draws them together.
Weld the male and female flanges to their respective tube ends, then join with the V-band clamp. Make sure the flange faces are clean and square before clamping. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
