Description
This is the PPE 1.5″ V-band flange, exhaust side (female), made from 304 stainless steel. It is one half of a V-band connection.
A V-band joint uses two flanges and a clamp to make a strong, serviceable, leak-free connection that can be taken apart and reassembled easily. This is the exhaust-side flange that welds to 1.5″ tubing.
It is used to build or repair V-band joints in custom exhaust, turbo, and wastegate plumbing where a clean, removable connection is needed.
Weld the flange to 1.5″ tube, then pair it with the mating engine-side flange and a 1.5″ V-band clamp to complete the joint. Those pieces are sold separately. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
