Description
This is a PPE straight silicone reducer stepping from 6.0" down to 5.0" ID over a 5.0" length, built from 6mm, 5-ply silicone. It connects two large-diameter tubes in a charge-air or intake run.
The 5-ply construction handles boost pressure and heat without deforming, and the molded taper gives a smooth transition between the big diameters rather than a restrictive step. This is a piece for serious high-flow builds.
Use it wherever large plumbing changes from 6.0" to 5.0" – typically matching a big intercooler or intake tube to the next size down. Seat each end fully onto its matching tube bead.
