Description
This is a PPE 5-Ply Silicone Reducer that steps from 5.5in down to 5.0in, a universal connector for joining two large tube diameters in a high-flow intake or charge-air path.
It’s built from 5-ply silicone with a 6mm wall, so it holds up to boost pressure and engine-bay heat far better than rubber. The longer 5.0in body gives a smooth transition between the two big diameters.
This reducer suits big-bore custom plumbing where large tubes need to neck down cleanly. Slide it over each tube end and clamp it for a sealed joint; clamps are not included, so add heavy-duty clamps to match your build. Match the 5.5in and 5.0in ends to your tubing. Covered by PPE’s 1-year limited warranty.
