PPE 5.5" to 4.0" Silicone Reducer Coupler (Universal)

This is a PPE silicone reducer coupler that steps from 5.5" down to 4.0" over a 3.0" length. It’s a universal piece for transitioning between two large tube diameters in a high-flow charge-air system.

Built from 6mm 5-ply silicone, it holds boost pressure without swelling and takes underhood heat far better than rubber. Use it to mate large mandrel-bent tubes or components of different sizes, such as a turbo outlet to charge-air tubing.

Slip it over each tube, center the coupler, and secure both ends with properly sized T-bolt clamps. Match the ends to your tube ODs for the best grip.

It’s a common building block for big turbo intercooler plumbing, and it’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
