Description
This is a PPE silicone 90-degree elbow with a 4.0" inside diameter, built from 6mm, 5-ply silicone. It’s a molded right-angle bend for routing large charge-air or intake plumbing around a corner.
The 5-ply construction gives the elbow the strength to handle boost pressure and heat without ballooning, and the molded bend keeps a smooth, full-diameter path where a forced straight hose would kink and restrict flow.
At 4.0", it’s aimed at high-flow builds – big intakes, intercooler piping and turbo plumbing that need a right-angle connection. Match it to 4.0" tubing or couplers on both ends.
Clamp each end with a clamp sized to the connection, seat the elbow fully on the tube beads, and re-check the clamps after a few heat cycles. Backed by a PPE 1-Year Limited Warranty.
