Description
This is a large PPE straight silicone hose measuring 4.0" ID by 36" long, built from 6mm 5-ply silicone. The length lets you cut multiple couplers or run a long straight section in a high-flow charge-air system.
It’s a universal, build-it-yourself piece. The 5-ply construction holds boost pressure without swelling and takes underhood heat far better than rubber, which makes it well suited to bigger turbo and intercooler plumbing.
Cut the sections you need to mate mandrel-bent tubes or components, matching the hose ID to your tube OD for the best grip. It’s a common building block for larger intake and charge-air fabrication.
Clamp each joint with a properly sized large T-bolt clamp and check for leaks after a heat cycle. It’s backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
