This is a PPE 3.5in Performance Silicone Coupler, 3in long and universal, made to connect two 3.5in ID tubes in an intake or charge-air system.
The short, straight multi-ply silicone body handles heat and boost pressure better than rubber, making it a dependable joiner for custom plumbing. Slide it over both tube ends and clamp it down for a clean, sealed connection.
