Description
This is a PPE constant-tension T-bolt clamp sized for an 86–94mm range – a 3.5" ID clamp intended for 3.0" ID hose. It’s built to keep larger charge-air connections sealed under pressure.
The constant-tension spring maintains clamp load as the hose and tube heat up and cool down, so the joint doesn’t loosen over time. The T-bolt band grips harder and more evenly than a worm-gear clamp, which is what you want on boosted plumbing.
It suits turbo and intercooler couplers where a weak clamp would let the connection blow off. It also serves as a component in PPE hose and coupler kits, and is available here on its own.
