Description
This is a PPE silicone reducer that steps from 3.0" down to 2.5" over a 4" length, built 5-ply with a 6mm wall. It’s the transition piece when your plumbing changes tube size.
The 5-ply construction lets the reducer keep its shape under boost pressure instead of collapsing or swelling, and the thick silicone wall takes the heat of a boosted engine bay. It cleanly mates a 3.0" tube to a 2.5" tube without an awkward adapter.
It’s a universal piece for anyone running charge-air or intake plumbing that changes diameter – common when connecting different pipe sections, intercoolers, or throttle bodies. Fabricators keep reducers like this on hand.
