Description
This is a PPE worm-gear hose clamp with a W-style inner liner, sized for 2.5″ ID hose with a 52–76mm adjustment range. It is a universal clamp for intake and charge-air hose connections.
The inner liner is the key feature: it covers the slots in the band so the clamp presses on a smooth surface instead of digging into soft silicone. The 14.2mm-wide band spreads that load evenly around the joint for a clean, secure seal.
It is a good match for silicone couplers, reducers, and boots on intake and boost plumbing where a standard slotted clamp would risk cutting the hose over time.
