This is PPE’s inner and outer boot replacement kit for the PPE Stage 3 Tie Rods, part number 158 031 500, in the silver-ring style. It supplies the dust boots that protect the tie rod joints.

Tie rod boots take abuse from road debris and weather, and a torn boot lets grit and water into the joint. This kit lets you re-boot your existing Stage 3 tie rods rather than buying a complete new assembly.

It’s a maintenance and service item for owners already running the PPE Stage 3 tie rod upgrade. Keeping fresh boots on the joints is the cheapest way to protect the investment you already made in the heavy-duty tie rods.
