PPE Turbo Charge Pipe Silicone Hose & Clamp Kit for Chevy/GMC (2004.5-05) 6.6L Duramax LLY Topkick/Kodiak

This is the PPE Turbo Charge Pipe Silicone Hose & Clamp Kit for the GM 6.6L Duramax LLY Topkick and Kodiak, 2004.5–2005. It replaces the factory rubber charge-air hose connections between the intercooler piping with reinforced silicone that stands up to boost and heat.

The kit includes the silicone hoses and clamps needed to reseal the charge-pipe connections on the medium-duty LLY chassis. Multi-ply silicone resists the ballooning, softening, and splitting that stock rubber develops after years of heat cycling under a working diesel.

If your Topkick or Kodiak is losing boost, running hotter than it should, or feels lazy under load, tired charge-pipe couplers are a common culprit. Sealing those connections restores full boost to the intake and keeps the turbo working as intended when you tow or haul.

Installation follows the factory routing and uses the supplied clamps – loosen the OE hardware, remove the old rubber, and fit the silicone pieces in place. Confirm this is the Topkick/Kodiak medium-duty application before ordering, as it differs from the standard pickup charge-pipe kit.

For a hard-working LLY, upgrading to silicone at the charge pipes is inexpensive insurance against roadside boost leaks and a proven fix for connections that have simply worn out.
