PPE Turbo Inlet Upgrade Kit for Chevy/GMC (2017-19) 6.6L Duramax L5P - Carbon Fiber Weave
- Straightens the turbo inlet path – replaces the restrictive factory inlet to clean up and smooth airflow feeding the turbocharger.
- Built for the L5P – engineered specifically for GM 6.6L Duramax L5P trucks, 2017–2019.
- Woven carbon fiber tube – light, rigid, and finished with a clean carbon weave for a sharp under-hood look.
- Bolt-on installation – mounts to factory locations and ties into the stock intake system.
- Includes the coupler and clamps needed to complete the connection.
- Pairs with a high-flow intake – a natural companion to an aftermarket air intake for a fuller inlet path.
- Backed by PPE – covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
- Fitment note – 2017–2019 6.6L Duramax L5P only; does not fit LML or earlier Duramax engines.
Description
This is PPE’s Turbo Inlet Upgrade Kit for the GM 6.6L Duramax L5P, built to fit 2017–2019 Chevy and GMC trucks. It replaces the twisty, restrictive factory turbo inlet with a straighter, smoother tube that feeds the turbocharger more directly.
The tube is made from woven carbon fiber, giving you a light, strong piece with a finished weave surface. The kit connects to the stock intake system and uses factory mounting points, and it comes with the coupler and clamps required to seal everything up.
If you’ve already added a high-flow air intake, this inlet is the next logical piece to open up the air path ahead of the turbo. It’s a popular choice for owners who want cleaner airflow and a dressed-up engine bay on the L5P.
Installation is a straightforward bolt-on with basic hand tools. Fitment is limited to the 2017–2019 6.6L Duramax L5P – it is not designed for the LML or earlier Duramax platforms, so confirm your engine before ordering.
