Description
This is the PPE Forged Weave intake air cleaner cover, a direct replacement for the factory air box lid on 2019–2026 GM gas trucks and SUVs – Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade. It bolts on in place of the stock top and gives the engine bay a finished, forged-carbon look.
The cover fits the 2.7L L3B turbo four-cylinder along with the 5.3L and 6.2L V8 applications. It mounts to the existing air box using the factory locations and hardware, so the intake tract, filter and airflow path stay exactly as the truck came from the factory.
It is aimed at owners who want to clean up a plain-looking factory air box without changing how the intake breathes. The forged weave finish is built to shrug off underhood heat and hold its appearance over time, making it an easy dress-up piece for a daily driver or a show truck.
