When installing the PPE Intake Manifold and Turbo Inlet Kit (3150540XX) on a 2023 and later 500HP High-Output Power Stroke, this coolant hose relocation kit is required because the factory hard line would run into the enlarged Y-manifold. The precision-fit, molded silicone hoses integrate seamlessly into the system. Hose clamps and stainless-steel hose barb are included.
