S&B 47 Gallon Replacement Fuel Tank for Mercedes Sprinter 144 Inch with 170 Inch Wheelbase

The S&B Tank comes with all the components to remove your 24 gallon tank and replace it with our 47 gallon tank. The tank mounts in the stock location with an additional rear strap. The tank occupies the space forward (2.4 inches) and rearward (32.5 inches) of the original tank.

This tank will NOT fit 170" Crew Vans or 144" Dually Vans, part # 10-1026 will work for the 170" Crew Vans and 144" Dually Vans. This tank will also not work with 144" vans that have ride height sensors connected to the rear axle, please see important note C on the instructions.

When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.

Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). Please call your Mercedes dealer to confirm if you have this option. If you don’t have it, you will need TI1349-00.
