We are offering remanufactured Caterpillar fuel injectors for 3126B engines. All injectors are thoroughly tested to assure optimum quality. The remanufacturing process involves a complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning. Mating surfaces are lapped and each injector features nozzles that are extrude honed to factory flow specifications. Extrude honing is a method that smooth's and finishes rough surfaces, and is specifically used to remove burrs, polish surfaces, form radii, and accomplish a like-new finish and flow. Injectors are air gauged for tip seat leakage, valve operation, plunger and barrel leakage, and timing plunger operation. Completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned All mating surfaces lapped Nozzles extrude honed for precision flow matching Valve lift and travel set to OE specifications Each injector is individually tested on test benches with reliable delivery, response time, and peak injection pressures Electronics tested to OE specifications
