The weak spot on your Pioneer 500’s ball joint is the stud. That’s why we made our studs stronger. We make them with chromoly steel and design them so they don’t narrow down as much. They’ll take on any ride.

Our Heavy Duty 4340 Ball Joints are twice as strong as stock thanks to the hardened chromoly steel used throughout. They’re insanely tough, and they’re greaseable and adjustable—they’ll keep running like new for years.
Standard Duty 4140 Ball Joints
Our Standard Duty 4140 Ball Joints are like OEM, only better. The chomoly construction and improved studs make them nearly twice as strong as stock. They’re an awesome upgrade that won’t break the bank, but they’re just not greaseable or adjustable like our Heavy-Duty Ball Joints.
