It addresses common 10R80 weaknesses with durable solutions -- most notably, the notorious CDF Drum leak is fixed by introducing a retaining feature to support the internal bushing from shifting and blocking fluid pathways. For sharp shifts and lasting performance, each transmission features an anodized reaction shell to eliminate embedded clutch tooth wear issues and a new OEM valve body -- modified to improve solenoid retention and increase line pressure by 30%, delivering noticeably higher clutch holding power.
