If you have ever heard a loud pop under the hood of your 6.0L Power Stroke while under a load, its more than likely a blown intercooler boot. This XDP Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit solves this issue. The hoses are constructed from 5-ply silicon that are fuel, oil, and temperature resistant. These hoses are designed for higher boost levels so you can rest assured that these boots will not crack or blow if you have installed an aftermarket performance turbocharger. The XDP hoses are secured with constant tension t-bolt clamps that have a holding capacity much higher than the factory clamp. Each XDP kit is backed by a 1 year, unlimited mileage warranty.

FITMENT NOTE:
2003-2004 Power Stroke applications will need to trim the 45-degree boot at the first internal rib for proper installation.
For 2005-2007 Power Stroke applications, this kit is designed to be used with the updated Ford driver side charge air tube(6C3Z-6C640-AA). If you are installing on a truck with the factory plastic charge air tube, the driver side boots will not be used.
