The ATS Aurora Plus 5000 Vortex Compound Turbo System for 2013-current Dodge/Ram 6.7L Cummins is a turbocharger upgrade from ATS's Aurora line. It is for trucks that need more airflow than the factory turbo can deliver, whether that means lower EGTs when towing or more power at the top end.
