Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. Pick What You Want with 45%, 60%, and 70% Gear Reductions
Putting big tires on your RZR XP looks cool, and they make every mud pit easier to rip through. GDP Portals not only give you room for up to 40” tires on your RZR XP but also come with a 45%, 60%, or 70% gear reduction to boost your torque. Boosted torque means more power, and more power means you can turn massive tires almost like they’re as light as stock.

Protect Your Drive Train
With portals, the gear reduction sits right in the hub, meaning your drivetrain doesn't have to work as hard to turn those large tires. That’s good news for your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. They’ll wear less and last longer.

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:

•Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
•Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

You Need a Frame Stiffener
No matter how beefy your RZR is, an 8” portal gear lift is a lot of weight to add. That’s why a frame stiffener is required to strengthen your frame. We’d much rather be safe than risk the chance of hitting a bump hard enough to bend your stock frame. Make sure to add one if you don’t already have one.

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tires sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
