X-TRA Cool Radiators use a high efficiency core to maximize cooling potential. With more fins per inch and heavy-duty tubes, the X-TRA Cool Radiators increase cooling efficiency over your stock radiator.
Internally Reinforced
Built with an aluminum brazing technique, the X-TRA Cool Radiators have more internal strength due to reinforced end tubes and outside corners where the core is most vulnerable.
Gasket Design
A common failure item in most OE radiators, XDP's X-TRA Cool Radiators use a proprietary gasket to withstand front-end flex, along with expansion and contraction.
Revised End Tanks
A fiber reinforced plastic mix provides increased strength. In addition, reinforcement ribs are added to weak spots in the end tanks to increase longevity while eliminating common failure points.
Upgraded Mounting Points
To avoid broken mounts and provide a secure factory-style mounting, the X-TRA Cool Radiators have upgraded mounting points to maximize strength.
End Tank Attachment
X-TRA Cool Radiators are built using a heavy gauge steel crimp strip to join the end tanks to the core. The steel crimp strip increases strength over the aluminum strip used by the factory. It also helps eliminate core and tank separation issues many experience with the factory radiator.
