The KC Turbos Heavy Duty All Aluminum intercooler for the 6.0 Power Stroke features a TIG welded Bar and Plate center core that can handle all the boost you can throw at it. The cast aluminum end tanks also make a great upgrade compared to the weak plastic OEM tanks for increased durability while lowering IATs.

The Bar and Plate style core is 25% thicker compared to an OEM intercooler and is superior over the stock tube and fin design by maximizing air flow and heat dissipation while reducing stress on your turbo!

This heavy duty intercooler drops straight into the factory location with no modification required and is manufactured to provide colder boost temps, lasting durability, and our cast aluminum end tank design can be used with OEM or aftermarket boots and charge pipes!
