I ordered a 5" turbo back exhaust for my F350. The product was great and with a reasonable price. I received the product in a week. I has never used KT Performance and was a little concerned when a week had passed since I purchased my item and the order still stated processing. I emailed and received a reply in about 10 minutes that it had not been updated and it was to be delivered the next day. Awesome customer service!
