I bought this for my Bully Dog GT tuner on my 2000 Silverado 2500. I was not expecting it to be metal! I was fully expecting plastic at $30. Installed very easy and is surprisingly tight in the headliner once I put the sun visor back in place. The only thing I was worried about was the metal hitting the windshield. I simply routed the data cable between them and that should solve my worry. I will be doing a road trip in about a week to see how it does on a 4 hour trip. I ended up putting this just above the drivers side of my rearview mirror and it looks great to me.
